The cookies came in early, so we are starting early! Join us for Wine & Girl Scout Cookie Flights! Three wines and three Girl Scout cookies.

When: Daily, Friday, January 30 – March 1, while supplies last. Flights not available Feb 13 & 14.

Flight Options:

Red Wine Flight – Tagalongs with Augie’s Blackberry, Trefoils with Chambourcin Reserve, Do Si Dos with Berlyn
White Wine Flight – Thin Mints with Niagara, Lemon-Ups with Seyval Blanc, Samoas with Chardonel
Bubbly Wine Flight – Exploremores with Almond Infusion, Adventurefuls with Brut Ombré Rosé, and Toffe-tastic with Ruby Red.

Sample wine and food samples from Illinois producers, including some of your favorites from August Hill Winery and Illinois Sparkling Co. Wine is available for sampling and also for sale by the glass and bottle.

Saturday, March 7 – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 8 – 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

EXPO ADMISSION: $5 per person; 10 and under free

WINE EXPERIENCE ADMISSION: The Illinois Wine Experience admission is $10.00/person and includes 6 tasting tickets and a commemorative wine tumbler. Additional tasting tickets will be available for sale.

Bonus: The Utica St. Patrick’s Day Parade steps off at 4pm, so celebrate before or after the parade with wine, music, and plenty of Irish cheer.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Utica St. Patrick’s Day Parade marches right past our Tasting Room—making us the perfect stop along the route! Join us on parade day and step inside for great wine and live Irish music by The Morning Larks from 3:30–6:30pm.

We’ll be pouring a full lineup of August Hill Winery and ISC wines, including the festive favorite Emerald Apple. Watch the parade roll by at 4pm, then come in (or stay in!) to enjoy music, wine by the glass or flight, and plenty of Irish cheer.

Bureau County United Way Wine Tasting

We will be pouring some of your favorite August Hill wines at this local fundraiser for the Bureau County United Way. Along with wine and beer tastings, participants can enjoy food, prizes and raffles.

Join us for our series of Trolley Trio Progressive Dinners! August Hill Winery, Camp Aramoni and Starved Rock Lodge have teamed up to create a new unforgettable event filled with wine, spirits, beer and food tastings.

SCHEDULE:
Meet at Starved Rock Lodge at 4:45 pm, where the Starved Rock Trolley will take you on your tasting journey.

STOP 1: August Hill Winery & Illinois Sparkling Co. Tasting Room
Enjoy locally-made wines paired with small bites at the August Hill Winery & Illinois Sparkling Co. Tasting Room.

STOP 2: Camp Aramoni
At Camp Aramoni, guests will enjoy a spectacular dinner and drinks.

STOP 3: Starved Rock Lodge & Conference Center
Save room for dessert! The trolley will return to Starved Rock Lodge where the dinner will conclude with after-dinner drinks and delicious desserts.

OVERNIGHT STAY AVAILABLE
Treat this evening as a night out or choose to add the overnight stay at Starved Rock Lodge to turn the evening into a mini getaway! The Trolley Trio Progressive Dinner Overnight Package includes your dinner for two, overnight stay for two and a $15 breakfast voucher for the next morning.
