Join us for our series of Trolley Trio Progressive Dinners! August Hill Winery, Camp Aramoni and Starved Rock Lodge have teamed up to create a new unforgettable event filled with wine, spirits, beer and food tastings.

SCHEDULE:
Meet at Starved Rock Lodge at 4:45 pm, where the Starved Rock Trolley will take you on your tasting journey.

STOP 1: August Hill Winery & Illinois Sparkling Co. Tasting Room
Enjoy locally-made wines paired with small bites at the August Hill Winery & Illinois Sparkling Co. Tasting Room.

STOP 2: Camp Aramoni
At Camp Aramoni, guests will enjoy a spectacular dinner and drinks.

STOP 3: Starved Rock Lodge & Conference Center
Save room for dessert! The trolley will return to Starved Rock Lodge where the dinner will conclude with after-dinner drinks and delicious desserts.

OVERNIGHT STAY AVAILABLE
Treat this evening as a night out or choose to add the overnight stay at Starved Rock Lodge to turn the evening into a mini getaway! The Trolley Trio Progressive Dinner Overnight Package includes your dinner for two, overnight stay for two and a $15 breakfast voucher for the next morning.

Join us in downtown Utica for Sip ‘n’ Snip, a Dog Friendly Block Party sponsored by August Hill Winery and Just Animals Shelter, a non-profit no-kill animal shelter in Mazon, IL. Mill Street in downtown Utica will be closed for this fun street party.

May 2, 11am – 4 pm, Mill Street, Utica

Bring your Dog!

Bring your dog and enjoy games, raffles, vendors, music, wine and fun for all! Food will be available from local Utica businesses.
*Please note that dogs are not allowed inside many of the local businesses, but are welcome to hang out with their owners all along Mill Street during the event.

Wine Run 5K

Enjoy wine and running or walking? Then this is a must-do event for you! Wine Run 5K is partnering with August Hill Winery for this fun event.

Join us on Saturday, May 9, and enjoy the scenic views of Utica and the I & M Canal while running or walking the course. At the finish line, you get to enjoy a glass of your favorite August Hill Winery or ISC wine!

Sign up Today: Early bird registration price is $30/person if you sign up by March 27. After that, the price is $50/person. Click here to sign up!

The Course: The Race starts and finishes on Mill Street in front of August Hill Winery. The course follows the I&M Canal and is a very flat and fast route.

Race Swag: All participants will receive a race t-shirt, souvenir wine glass, finisher wine medal and a glass of wine (or soda for our under 21 runners) after the race!

Check-in: 8:00-9:00 am at August Hill Winery, 106 Mill Street, Utica. The race starts at 9:00 am.

This race benefits local charity, Friendship House, in Ottawa, IL.

FAQ’s

Where can I get post-race snacks or food? You can get a bite to eat at nearby August Hill Winery, Bruce & Ollie’s, Canal Port, Joy & Ed’s, Lodi’s, and Skoogs. All are within a few feet of the finish line and will be serving by race time!
Is the race only for 21+? No, minors are welcome to participate, but they will get a soda instead of wine.
Is walking allowed? Yes, walkers are allowed and encouraged to participate!
Are strollers allowed? Yes
When is packet pickup? We will hold packet pickup the morning of the race from 8am to 9am.
Is the race dog friendly? Yes, but please make sure you dog is on a leash.
