Step inside our working winery caves—built into the hillside—where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are crafted and aged. Enjoy a guided wine journey with a small group (up to 20 guests, approximately 45 minutes), featuring six hand-selected wines and a signature tasting glass to take home. Along the way, enjoy a featured pairing of our Augie’s Blackberry wine with a chocolate bite.
Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members (limit 2 discounted tickets per day).

Reserve a Spot:
Cave Tastings are offered seasonally on Saturdays and Sundays at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving in advance. Click here to reserve your spot.

Stay for Wine on the Hill:
Make a day of it! Join us for Wine on the Hill before or after your tasting, depending on your time slot. Open 12–5 pm on Saturdays & Sundays, with live music from 1–4 pm. See our “Wine on the Hill” page for more information.

]]> Sparkling Wine Week, on July 1-7, is one of our favorite holidays to celebrate. It’s a time for us to let the world know how much we love bubbly! We have twelve ISC sparkling wines and six AHW infusion bubbly wines to help you celebrate the week. Here are the ways you can #sparkthefun and celebrate with us:  

#SparkTheFun at Wine on the Hill on July 4-5

Join us for Wine on the Hill, located at our vineyard and winery location in Peru, IL. We will have food trucks on both days! Enjoy a bottle of ISC bubbly or our Sparkling Wine Flight. Or make the day extra special and sign up for a Cave Tasting Experience in our winery caves, where we age our ISC bubbly.  You don’t need to reserve a spot for Wine on the Hill, but you do need a reservation for the Cave Tasting Experience.  

#SparkTheFun at the Tasting Room, July 1-7

Stop by our Tasting Room and cool off with a glass or flight of your favorite bubbly. You can try three of your favorites when you order our wine flight. Or pick up a bottle of bubbly for a picnic at a local park or a celebration with friends. The Utica fireworks are on July 6, and we are staying open until 6pm; stop by for a glass beforehand!
