Mill Street in downtown Utica will be closed for this fun street party.  \nMay 2\, 11am – 4 pm\, Mill Street\, Utica \n\nBring your Dog!\nBring your dog and enjoy games\, raffles\, vendors\, music\, wine and fun for all! Food will be available from local Utica businesses.\n*Please note that dogs are not allowed inside many of the local businesses\, but are welcome to hang out with their owners all along Mill Street during the event.  \n\nInterested in being a vendor at this event?
