Retro Rosé Series Release Celebration
November 6 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
We’re celebrating 15 years of Illinois Sparkling Co. with a little blast from the past!
Three memorable labels from our early days are making a comeback with a new twist! Our Retro Rosé Series brings back the beloved Heirloom, Franken’s, and Dollface labels, but this time, all three sparkling wines begin with the same base wine. Each receives its own unique dosage, creating three distinct expressions of sparkling rosé.
Join us for a special release celebration at the Tasting Room and discover how one base wine can become three different sparkling experiences!
- Heirloom
- Franken’s
- Dollface
Winemaker Mark “Bubbly” Wenzel will share the stories behind these memorable labels, explain the role dosage plays in shaping each wine, and take us through the history of Illinois Sparkling Co. as we celebrate 15 years of bubbles!
YOUR RELEASE CELEBRATION INCLUDES:
- Three 2-oz pours, one of each Retro Rosé Series wine
- A selection of small bites chosen to complement the wines
- Stories and insights from Mark about the wines and ISC’s history
Whether you remember these labels from years past or are discovering them for the first time, come raise a glass with us to 15 sparkling years!
Tickets: $25 per person | $22.50 Wine Club members
Space is limited. Reserve your spot and join the celebration!
