We are co-sponsoring an event and photo contest for No Animal Left Behind, an organization near Marseilles that provides low-cost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs throughout the area.
April 16-20: Enter the “Pet Photo Contest” to have your pet’s photo on a wine label!
Enter your pet’s photo for a chance to be one of the top four winners who will have their pet’s photograph on an August Hill wine label. You can email photos to NALB beginning on Friday, April 16, through Tuesday, April 20, at 9 pm. Visit NoAnimalLeftBehindNFP.org for contest rules and information on how to enter. Entry is free. Proceeds from the contest benefit local animal shelter’s spay/neuter programs
April 19 – 25: Vote for your favorite pet photo
For $1 per vote, you get to help pick the winner. Visit No Animal Left Behind’s voting page to place your vote. Voting begins on April 19 at 8 am and ends on April 25 at 9 pm. Proceeds from the contest benefit local animal shelter’s spay/neuter programs. Winners to be announced Saturday, May 15, at our annual Sip ‘n’ Snip event in downtown Utica (noon to 4P).
Reserve a Day to Honor your Pet!
Reserve a day to honor your pet. Each day during the voting period, April 20 thru April 25 (6 days), NALB will post on their website and Facebook a reminder of our Photo Contest. For a $20 donation, not applicable toward votes, your pet’s photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day! First come first served! Once a date is reserved, it is no longer available. Each day is $20.
May 15: Attend the Sip ‘n’ Snip Wine Tasting Event
From noon – 4 pm, on the Mill Street bridge in downtown Utica, join us for the Sip ‘n’ Snip event. The winners of the pet photo contest are going to be announced at 12:30 pm and they will get to see their pet’s photo on a bottle of wine! Bring your dog and enjoy games, raffles, music, and lots of fun. Food will be available from local Utica businesses. Proceeds from the event will benefit participating animal shelter’s spay/neuter programs.
The event and the photo contest are important fundraisers for No Animal Left Behind and local animal shelters.
